TEAS Dojo ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Daeyla LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Service"). By using TEAS Dojo, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up using a third-party service (such as Google), we receive your name and email from that provider.
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including quiz scores, study time, section performance, streak data, and readiness scores. This data is used to personalize your learning experience and track your progress.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or banking details on our servers. Stripe may collect payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
We may collect device type, operating system, and app version to improve performance and provide technical support.
We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and maintain the Service; personalize your study experience and track progress; process transactions and manage subscriptions; send important updates about the Service; respond to your inquiries and provide support; and improve our Service and develop new features.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data with: Stripe for payment processing; Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage; and Resend for transactional email delivery. These service providers only access your data as necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to maintain its confidentiality.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), Firebase security rules restricting data access, and secure authentication through Firebase Auth. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@teasdojo.com.
TEAS Dojo is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; opt out of promotional communications; and export your data in a portable format.
