By accessing or using TEAS Dojo (the "Service"), operated by Daeyla LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
TEAS Dojo is a study preparation platform designed to help users prepare for the ATI TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills) examination. The Service provides practice questions, quizzes, full-length practice exams, progress tracking, and study tools across four subject areas: Reading, Mathematics, Science, and English & Language Usage.
TEAS Dojo is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ATI (Assessment Technologies Institute) or any official TEAS testing organization. "TEAS" refers to the Test of Essential Academic Skills, which is a registered trademark of ATI. The practice questions and content provided in this app are created independently and are intended solely for study and preparation purposes.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
TEAS Dojo offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) at the rates displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription option in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the Service; use automated tools to scrape or extract content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
All content in the Service, including questions, explanations, design, graphics, and software, is the property of Daeyla LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Service without our prior written consent.
While TEAS Dojo is designed to help you prepare for the TEAS exam, we do not guarantee any specific test score, outcome, or result. Your performance on the actual exam depends on many factors beyond the scope of this Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daeyla LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@teasdojo.com.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
